We’re delighted to celebrate two significant achievements within the RVA Group leadership team.

🏆 Richard Vann, Honorary Fellow and Past President of the IDE, was presented with an award of recognition for his longstanding contribution to the global demolition industry and 38years of support to the Institute.

We’re also pleased to announce that Steve Andrew, RVA Group’s Business Development Director, has also been appointed Vice President of the IDE.

Both Richard and Steve attended the event, making it a particularly special occasion for RVA and a great reflection of the experience and industry contribution within our leadership team.

With decades of combined experience across demolition, decommissioning and engineering, both have played an important role in supporting the continued development of the industry and championing high standards of safety, professionalism and technical excellence.
