Following his appearance as the keynote speaker for the World Demolition Summit (WDS) in 2017, RVA Group’s managing director Richard Vann has been invited back this year to chair a session at the tenth annual event.
Taking place at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin from 7-8 November, the 2018 summit will see key industry figures from around the world coming together to celebrate excellence and innovation within the demolition sector.
Richard will be appearing as a chairman at the conference, which is being organised by Demolition & Recycling International (D&Ri) magazine. This technical discussion will comprise of presentations from global professionals, focusing on challenging and innovative projects; examples of best practice in health, safety, recycling and demolition; emerging technology and new research in the field.
The event will also involve an awards ceremony, recognising excellence in the sector, along with plenty of networking opportunities for attendees. The 2017 summit welcomed almost 400 delegates from 28 different countries, and this year’s is set to be even bigger.
With further speakers yet to be announced, Richard will be joined by Artem Kondratiev (head of Russian contractor Raz-Max’s Moscow division) and David A. Murray (safety and health consultant for the State of Nevada, USA).
